Colourful nasturtiums provide happy flowers that brighten every home they come in to. Their brightness cheers every room.

Diagonals
Diagonal elements in a painting give interest and lead the eye around the painting. They can be moved to create shadows that link different elements of the painting together.

Pen and Ink drawings have always interested me. Many of the sketches in this post illustrates a long gone way of life.

Lemons have been used in still life paintings for hundreds of years. I have followed suit because the yellow of lemons compliments my blues.
