Oldtimer
What is more typical of Queensland than the Banana. Today I have gathered paintings of places with bananas. It takes a big backyard to host these plants, as they have a habit of expanding their territory. Brisbane backyards however, have been shrinking over the past decades and the real possibility of having a backyard with bananas is becoming remote. In these Covid-infected lockdown times we mostly can only dream of having the backyard space of years ago when many suburban backyards hosted banana plants.
